The 25K PEA portfolio is designed for investors looking to invest €25,000.
The ETFs included in this portfolio can be purchased in a standard brokerage account and are all eligible for the Equity Savings Plan (PEA).
This scheme, reserved for French tax residents, offers tax exemption on gains and dividends after a 5-year holding period.
Composition?
This portfolio aims to invest an amount equivalent to the ceiling of the French Livret A savings account, the cost of a standard car, or a future deposit for a property purchase.
It includes investments in:
- World: Over 1,400 global companies representing 85% of the market capitalisation of developed countries,
- Dividend: 30 European companies offering the highest dividends,
- Basic resources: 600 European companies active in basic resources (metals, fossil fuels, water, land, agricultural products),
- Water: The global water-related industry sector,
- US Small Cap: The 2,000 smallest publicly listed companies in the United States (Russell 2000).
How?
The investor must have €25,000 available in their brokerage account (or Equity Savings Plan).
